Idea/my dream in life: I want to make an animation studio that makes pg 13 animation and makes characters inclusive to all (disabilities, race, gender, queerness, ethnicity/nationality) and it doesn’t have to have censorship on those characters. I want to make an animation studio that gives its workers equal pay and creative flexibility, I want my employees rights to be taken seriously, so if there are any allegations against a person who has been discriminated against or has done sexual violence/harassment to other workers will be fired, all I need to have is people who wants this dream to be theirs too
